By creating an account or using Eatly, you agree to these terms. 'Eatly' below refers to the product.

Use of the application

Eatly is offered as a personal nutrition and health tracking tool. You may use it for lawful, personal use. You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service.

User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
  • You will not use Eatly in a way that violates applicable laws.

Eatly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. See the Medical Disclaimer for details.

Limitation of liability

Eatly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Account ownership

You own the data you create in Eatly. You can export or delete it from inside the app. We may store and process it solely to provide the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that endangers other users or the service itself.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of Eatly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
