Privacy Policy

To run your account and the features you use, Eatly stores:

• Account identifiers from your chosen sign-in method (email address, or a provider id from Google or Apple).
• Profile information you enter (name, age, sex, height, goals).
• The data you log in the app: diary entries, foods, meals, weight, body composition, blood pressure, sleep, steps, exercise, and coach messages (when enabled).
• Basic technical data needed to deliver the app (timestamps, request metadata).

Your data is stored in a managed database with access restricted to your own account through row-level security. Only requests authenticated as you can read or write your rows.

Eatly supports sign-in via:

• Email and password
• Google
• Apple

When you use a third-party provider, that provider shares a minimal profile (such as your email) with Eatly. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Features powered by AI (such as photo food scanning, free-text parsing, and the coach) send the relevant input (text, parsed values, optional image) to an AI provider through a hosted gateway to generate a response. We do not send your credentials or unrelated personal data.

Eatly does not embed third-party advertising or marketing trackers. Standard server-side request logs may be retained for operational and security purposes.

• You can view and edit your profile and logged data inside the app.
• You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Danger zone → Delete account.
