Trust & Privacy

This page is maintained by the Eatly team to answer common questions about how the app handles your account and nutrition data. It is editable project content, not an independent certification or audit.

What Eatly is

Eatly is a personal nutrition tracker. You sign in to log meals, foods, weight, steps, sleep, exercise, and goals, and to chat with the in-app coach.

Accounts & access
  • You sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple.
  • Email sign-ups must be verified by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
  • Your diary, foods, meals, weight, blood pressure, exercise, sleep, goals, and coach conversations are visible only to you. Other signed-in users cannot read or modify them.
Data we store

Eatly stores the information you enter in the app (profile, goals, nutrition entries, health logs, saved foods and meals, coach messages) so it is available across your devices when you sign in.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your nutrition or health logs with other users.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual diary entries, foods, meals, and health logs at any time from inside the app. To request deletion of your full account and associated data, contact the Eatly team.
